Home or telehealth
PRT is a naturalistic, play-based ABA approach that teaches caregivers how to embed meaningful learning opportunities into everyday routines. Rather than working only with a clinician, you become an active partner in your child's intervention — skills that generalize far beyond any therapy session.
Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) Parent Training
Behavioral Parent Training
Live Coaching Model
This program uses a structured live-coaching approach grounded in behavioral principles. Sessions involve your BCBA observing caregiver-child interactions in real time and providing direct, in-the-moment coaching as you practice two phases:
1) The relationship-building phase develops warmth, connection, and positive attention skills — teaching you to follow your child's lead and use reinforcement strategically.
2) The guidance, limit and boundary setting phase builds your ability to deliver clear, calm directives with consistent and compassionate follow-through.
Progress is criterion-based rather than session-count based. As such, families advance when skills are demonstrated to fidelity, not on a fixed schedule. A free consultation is scheduled first to discuss clinical fit, goals, and estimated timeline. Typical programs run 12–20 sessions.
Best for: Ages 2–8 · Home & Telehealth setting · Significant behavioral challenges or strained caregiver-child relationship

Clinical Assessment
Recommended Before Beginning Any Services · $700 flat rate

Includes:
— 2 hours of direct observation in your child's natural environment
— 1 hour structured caregiver interview
— Review of existing medical, psychological, or educational records
